Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Nutritionist with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science through Monash University, Australia.

Karina is an Accredited Practising Dietitian in Melbourne, founder and Director of Fuel Your Health with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from Monash University. Karina has a passion for empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing through evidenced based personalised dietetic strategies.

Growing up Karina enjoyed learning about health and food and aspired to help people and give back to the community, she also enjoys cooking and swimming in her own time. Karina believes to lead a healthy life both diet and lifestyle choices are crucial.

Karina enjoys all aspects of nutrition and dietetics, although she has a strong interest in chronic disease management, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high cholesterol and weight management. She is also interested in gastrointestinal health such as IBS, coeliac disease, food intolerances, allergies and other gastrointestinal issues such as constipation, diarrhoea, and bloating. Karina also has a passion in sport dietetics and is keen to assist and advise athletes in various sporting groups.

Dietetics is not a one size fits all approach, Karina’s approach is to offer tailored, evidenced-based dietetic interventions to suit each individual’s unique needs, preferences and goals. What sets our business apart is our client centred, compassionate and collaborative approach. We make sure that every person feels supported through a non-judgemental attitude, creating a friendly and safe space for everyone.
